Terra Cotta Tiles are prepared of low-fired clay and are either hand or machine made in Mexico or Europe. They're attractive to look at and give a great feel to walk on. However, they are not very hard-wearing. They are high preservation because they need to be sealed every year for moisture resistance. They're squat to mid-range in cost. The best thing about tile is the inestimable number of designs you can create by mixing tile sizes, shapes and colors.
