Juno Lighting
Lighting History
In 1976 the founder of Juno lighting
envisioned the production of lighting fixtures that were
both stylish and economical. They had to be flexible, adaptable
and contemporary. This vision created Juno lighting. At first
juno lighting was aimed at a simple target market. High quality,
competitively priced track fixtures for the home. It then
grew as a business and expanded into recessed lighting for
both residential and commercial use. Today, Juno lighting
is one of the largest independent designer and manufacturer
of track and recessed lighting.
Juno lighting combined its strengths
with other companies merging into the Juno lighting group.
A recent acquisition was on 15-Oct-2002 when the Group acquired
Alfa Lighting Inc. It now markets under 8 brand names. The
Group's principal activities are to design, assemble and
market a full line of recessed and track lighting fixtures
for use in new construction and remodeling of commercial,
institutional and residential buildings. The Group also designs,
manufactures and markets other incandescent and fluorescent
lighting products. These products are used in commercial
lighting market, primarily in department and chain stores.
The Group produces a variety of lighting fixtures and related
equipment of both contemporary and traditional design, most
of which are available in a variety of styles, sizes and
finishes.
