rather than eliminate them completely. Besides changing what you eat,
you can incorporate small changes like distracting yourself during craving
phases by taking walks, chatting with friends etc. if you manage to stop
yourself the first time, you can do it more easily next time. Using thought
stopping techniques like rubber band can help you gain control of your
habit.
