Wash every plates, cups or glass as soon as they are used. This will decrease the number of utensils to be washed at the end of the day. Keep a list of things which are to be done daily. In the morning do all activities of cleaning of the house. When breakfast is over cleaned up the kitchen including all the utensils used. Do the same thing after lunch and after dinner. Do not keep it for other day. Fixed a time for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. This will help you to work in time. Balance your work properly. Don't try to hard. Take it easy and maintain the rhythm. Eventually it will become a habit for you to work in certain time of the day and certain type of work.
