One very important tip on central heaters, though not directly related to tuning is about making the right purchases by the individual. If an individual has a gas-based central heater, he must opt for sealed combustion techniques. Sealed combustion method works by bringing the external air directly into the burner and then exhausts the gases and sends them out directly. This saves a lot of energy and hence such heaters are extremely cost-effective.

These are very simple methods that can be easily implemented by the individuals themselves. They must make a little extra effort to carry out these methods for reducing the bills generated due to continuous use of central air conditioners and heaters.
